SMART ALARM SYSTEM – Child Checkmate Systems ( TO PREVENT SLEEPING / LEAVING CHILD IN THE BUS)
Once the SMART ALARM installed, the horn will sound when the driver switch off the engine and remove the key, to stop the sound the bus driver will be required to walk up to back seat of the bus before exiting, or the horn will sound continuously. This is accomplished by a button in the rear (near last row of the seat) of the bus, which must be pressed in sequence once SMART ALARM activated. This system will ensure that that bus drivers perform required post trip checks for sleeping children.
